What is the correct part number for a starter that will fit on a 1999 Ford Escort ZX2 with manual transmission

I have a 1999 Ford Escort ZX2 with manual transmission. The starter went bad. I bought a used starter to replace the bad one. The part number on the starter I bought was F4CU BB 9D19A. The starter that I bought to replace the bad one could not fit.
