Do you think my son would be more comfortable in a infant carrier or in a stroller?

My son's stroller is gigantic. I have a lot of running around to do tomorrow and I do not drive. I was thinking of just carrying him on my body but I don't want him to be uncomfortable...he's three months old.

Would you suck it up and use

Carrying him will get old very fast, unless you have a wrap or sling.

I would just use the stroller.
